Delivery and pick up
The following delivery costs apply:
Orders up to €100,- in the Netherlands = €4,-
Orders over €100,- in the Netherlands = free
Orders outside the Netherlands in accordance with the PostNL rates.

Terms of delivery
All products are immediately available if they are in stock. If your product is not available, you will be informed via email about the delivery date.
Stappenbelt Specialized Concept Store strives to deliver the ordered items within three working days after receipt of payment. These indicated delivery times are indicative and not a deadline.
Stappenbelt is never liable for damage as a result of exceeding delivery times. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, it will be indicated when the product is available again. Delays will be reported to the customer by email or telephone. If not delivered within 30 days, the customer is entitled to dissolve the purchase of the article.
Stappenbelt Specialized Concept Store provides delivery via PostNL Parcel post, making the orders traceable. Stappenbelt Specialized Concept Store is not responsible for orders lost by PostNL.
Exchange and return
If within 14 days after purchase it appears that the delivered items are not good, or deviate from the ordered items, you will get a full refund after returning the product.
If you are not satisfied with the delivered items and you would like to cancel your order, you can return your order within 14 days and you will get a full refund minus the shipping costs.
